Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect Tallpine customers, service providers, publishing destinations, and the people who may encounter content created or delivered through Tallpine.

Effective August 28, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to your Tallpine account, workspace, Sources, prompts, generated content and Images, research activity, connected destinations, exports, and automated publishing. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You are responsible for anyone who uses Tallpine through your account or under your authority.

2. Illegal activity and third-party rights

Do not use Tallpine to violate law or another person's rights. This includes infringement or misappropriation of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights; fraud; unlawful discrimination; or instructions that facilitate illegal conduct. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every Source, prompt, Image, credential, personal-data record, and destination you provide.

3. Deception, manipulation, and unwanted content

Do not use Tallpine to create, distribute, or automate:

  • phishing, impersonation, scams, fabricated credentials, deceptive offers, or materially misleading claims;
  • fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, engagement, or undisclosed commercial relationships where disclosure is required;
  • spam, unlawful marketing, abusive search manipulation, or content sent without the consent or notices the law requires; or
  • content presented as verified fact, professional advice, or human-authored work when that representation would be deceptive.

4. Privacy and high-impact decisions

Do not collect, expose, infer, buy, sell, or use personal information without a lawful basis and required notices or permissions. Do not use Tallpine to surveil people, identify anonymous individuals, reveal authentication secrets, or process highly sensitive information when the workflow is not reasonably designed and authorized for that purpose.

Do not use Tallpine output as the sole basis for decisions about a person's employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, medical care, legal services, access to essential services, or another decision with a similarly significant effect. Qualified human review and any required notice, consent, explanation, and appeal process remain your responsibility.

5. Safety and exploitation

Do not use Tallpine for child sexual abuse or exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, trafficking, credible threats, instructions to cause serious physical harm, targeted harassment, or content that unlawfully promotes violence or hatred. Never upload sexual content involving a minor or a person who may be a minor. Report an immediate threat to local emergency services before contacting Tallpine.

6. Security and service abuse

Do not distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; scan, probe, or disrupt accounts or infrastructure; evade authentication, rate, usage, billing, safety, or provider controls; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; automate access through undocumented means; resell access without written permission; or use Tallpine in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or a third party.

7. Automated publishing

Enabling Autopilot or scheduled publishing is your instruction to process, approve, and submit eligible content according to your saved settings. It does not transfer editorial, legal, disclosure, rights-clearance, or destination responsibility to Tallpine. Use Review First when your process requires a person to approve each Idea or Draft before delivery, and monitor connected destinations for unexpected or outdated content.

8. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, customers, or third parties. Where appropriate, we may remove content, preserve relevant records, or report conduct as required by law. We consider context, severity, repetition, and available remediation when taking action.

Report suspected abuse or ask whether a proposed use is permitted at [email protected]. Include relevant Tallpine URLs or identifiers, but do not email passwords, API keys, complete card details, or unnecessary personal information.
