Cancel during the 3-day trial
The trial requires a card but is not charged at signup. To avoid the first subscription charge, cancel before the exact trial end time shown in Tallpine Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal. After a successful first payment, a fresh monthly Article allowance begins.
How to cancel
- Sign in to Tallpine.
- Open Billing & Articles.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Choose cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal and confirm.
Stripe displays the effective cancellation date. If the portal is unavailable or the confirmation is unclear, contact [email protected]before the next charge date.
When access ends
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, as shown in the Stripe portal. Until then, you may continue using the remaining allowance and plan features. At the end of access, new generation and managed publishing actions stop.
Review or cancel future publishing schedules before access ends. Queued, retrying, or scheduled work is not guaranteed to run after the subscription becomes inactive.
Your content
Cancellation does not transfer ownership of your source material or generated content to ThoughtBubble Labs, LLC. Export Articles and Images you want to keep before access ends. Content already published to your own CMS remains under your control at that destination.
Refunds and partial periods
Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a charge already incurred. We do not provide prorated refunds or cash value for unused Articles or partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact[email protected] so we can review it.
Plan changes and payment failure
A plan change is not a cancellation. Stripe shows the effective date, proration, and next charge before confirmation. If payment fails, access may be limited or end according to the subscription state. Update the payment method or cancel through the same portal.
No Article packs
Tallpine is subscription-only. There are no one-time Article packs, top-ups, or pack balances that require a separate cancellation or expiration policy.
