Tallpine Documentation
Plan, create, review, and deliver useful Articles without giving up editorial control.
Tallpine combines your Site Profile, Content Strategy, selected Sources, and optional public Research to create review-ready Drafts. It can also manage an Article queue, attach Images, deliver to a connected CMS, or export portable files.
You remain the editor. Verify claims, links, quotations, Images, accessibility text, and metadata before anything reaches your audience. Tallpine does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or factual accuracy.
The Core Workflow
Home shows the next required step. Research, Sources, Keywords, and CMS Connections improve or automate the workflow, but they are optional.
Complete the Site Profile
Describe the business, audience, offer, and voice Tallpine should use.
Add useful evidence
Optionally run Research for direction and collect Sources for selected Idea runs.
Build the Content Strategy
Choose a goal, review the generated themes and angles, and make the direction your own.
Choose Ideas
Generate a focused batch, approve the strongest Ideas, and order the Article queue.
Review and deliver
Check every Draft, edit what needs judgment, then approve it for the daily queue, select any ready Articles to publish now, or export it.
Important Terms
- Site
- One brand or website and its Profile, Strategy, Sources, Ideas, Articles, Media, and delivery settings.
- Source
- Optional material that Tallpine can retrieve from when creating Ideas and their Articles.
- Idea
- An editorial proposal. Approving an Idea adds it to the Article queue; it does not use Article allowance until generation starts.
- Article
- A saved content item in Tallpine, including its writing, metadata, Images, and delivery history.
- Article allowance
- Your subscription's remaining capacity for qualifying Article work. A fresh generation, Guided rewrite, or From scratch rewrite each uses one allowance when it starts.
- Draft
- An Article waiting for review, editing, or publishing approval.
- Article Pipeline
- The background process that researches, outlines, writes, checks, and optionally curates Images for a Draft.
- Connection
- A tested WordPress or Payload CMS destination that Tallpine can publish to directly.
- Queued
- An approved Article waiting for or undergoing managed CMS delivery. Review first requires manual approval; Autopilot approves automatically.
- Published
- An Article confirmed by a connected CMS or manually published as a ZIP. Its badges show which path completed it.
What You Need
- A Google account to sign in to the production app.
- An active subscription or eligible trial. The card-required 3-day trial supports exactly one Site and uses the subscription's normal limits.
- A clear business description. A website URL is useful but optional; Business Name is required to complete the Site Profile.
- Time for review. AI-assisted generation is a first draft, not final editorial approval.
