Review & Edit
Add judgment and polish before delivery.
The Articles Page
Generated content appears in Articles. The library separates the local editorial/export state from remote delivery state:
- Drafts: generated Articles waiting for your review. This is where most of your editing happens.
- Exported: Articles included in a completed ZIP export. Schedule, Send, and delivery failures remain separate.
Opening the Editor
Open any Article. The editor has two top-level views:
- Read: A clean, rendered view for reviewing the Article as readers will see it
- Edit: Title, metadata, and Markdown controls. Within Edit, choose Markdown-only Edit or Split view with a live preview
What You Can Edit
Everything is editable:
- Title: Change the headline
- Content: Edit the full Article text in Markdown
- Excerpt: The short summary included in exported metadata and available to connected publishing targets
- Slug: The URL-friendly version of your title
- Meta Title: An exported SEO title field, with a 60-character editing guide
- Meta Description: An exported SEO description field, with a 160-character editing guide
- Keywords: Comma-separated terms stored with the Article
Finishing a Draft
When the Draft is accurate and ready:
- Keep it on Hold for Review when you are not ready to deliver
- Schedule it for a future time through the exact Publishing Destination captured by that schedule
- Send it now through a usable WordPress or webhook Destination
- Export Markdown, metadata, and Images in a portable ZIP. The first completed ZIP export moves it to Exported but does not claim the Article is live
Regenerating
If a Draft needs larger changes, choose one of three revision modes:
- Targeted Changes: Give the Writer focused instructions. This preserves existing Images and uses one of the two targeted revisions included with that Article.
- Guided Rewrite: Rewrite with new settings and optional instructions. This consumes one Article.
- From Scratch: Rebuild the full Article with new settings. This consumes one Article.
Bulk Actions
Speed up your workflow:
- Select multiple Articles with checkboxes
- Export selected drafts in one ZIP
- Delete Articles you do not want to keep
The AI writes the first draft. You add the judgment, voice, and polish that make it truly yours.
Tips
- Always read the full Article before delivery. AI content needs a human eye
- Pay special attention to the intro and conclusion. These benefit most from your personal voice
- Use Targeted Changes for focused improvements that do not require a full rebuild
- Check that the meta title and description are compelling, then verify how your destination CMS exposes them
