Getting Started

From Site context to your first reviewed Article.

Tallpine turns your existing knowledge into review-ready Articles. This guide follows the same four outcomes shown in the product: confirm the Site Profile, build a Content Strategy, choose Ideas for the Content Plan, then create, review, and deliver an Article.

Trial access: Eligible new subscribers receive a card-required 3-day trial. The selected plan's normal Article, Site, Pipeline, Idea-batch, Targeted Changes, and Image-regeneration allowances apply immediately. Export and CMS delivery are available on every plan. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. If you continue, the first payment starts a fresh monthly Article allowance.


1. Confirm Your Site Profile

When you first enter the workspace, create a Site for the blog or website you want to grow. A Site keeps its profile, Sources, Content Plan, Articles, Images, and Publishing Destinations together.

Give it a clear name, such as "Acme Corp Blog." Your plan controls how many Sites can be active at once, and the Site switcher keeps them separate.

Open Site Profile & Settings. Confirm the business name, industry, audience, positioning, and a concise description. These details shape every Strategy, Idea, and Draft for this Site.

If you have a public website, you can ask Tallpine to analyze it and prefill profile and voice fields. Treat the result as a suggestion and review every field. Your edits save automatically, and imported or generated text can be incomplete.

2. Build Your Content Strategy

Open Strategy and generate the required Content Strategy. Review the positioning, themes, and content angles before you continue. The Strategy is the brief that keeps future Ideas focused.

Keyword research and competitor research can improve prioritization, but they are optional. You can generate a useful Strategy from the confirmed Site Profile and strengthen it later.

Add Sources When They Improve the Brief (Optional)

Open Sources to add product guides, research notes, case studies, existing Articles, pasted text, or a public page you have the right to use. Tallpine accepts PDFs, Word documents, Markdown, HTML, CSV, and plain text files up to 10 MB each.

Sources are optional. Relevant material can improve factual context and voice, but retrieval is selective and you still need to verify generated claims before publishing.

Tip: You don't need to upload everything at once. Start with two or three of your best Sources. You can always add more later. Even a single well-written product page or FAQ gives Tallpine useful context for its retrieval step.

3. Generate and Choose Ideas

Open Ideas and choose Generate Ideas. The required Site Profile and Content Strategy are used automatically. Select optional Sources and a batch size within your plan when you want additional context.

Review the title, angle, audience, and Keywords. Save the opportunities worth creating, pass on weak Ideas, and confirm the Article allowance before starting a Draft.

4. Create, Review, and Deliver an Article

Choose Create Draft on one Idea to use the Site's safe defaults. Use Customize Articles when you want to select multiple Ideas or change length, tone, Images, Sources, or delivery.

Before starting, Tallpine shows the Article allowance and available Pipeline capacity. The server makes the final reservation atomically, so a stale browser cannot overspend the plan.

The Article Pipeline researches, outlines, writes, checks the Draft, and attempts Image curation when enabled. Progress appears in the workspace, but you can continue other work while the Job runs. Completion time varies with research depth and provider latency.

Tip: You can start multiple Articles within your plan's Article and Pipeline limits, then continue other work while Tallpine runs them in the background.

Review the Draft

Open Articles, select the new Draft, and review it in Read view before editing. Verify claims, links, Images, alt text, Keywords, and metadata. You can edit Markdown directly, request Targeted Changes, regenerate an Image, or use an Article-consuming rewrite.

Schedule, Send, or Export

Keep the Article on Hold for Review until it is ready. With a usable Publishing Destination, you can Schedule or Send it. You can always Export a ZIP with Markdown, metadata, and attached Images. Export does not mean the Article is live, and delivery state remains separate.
