Images

Visual options for your Articles.

How Images Work

When you create an Article with Images enabled, the Image Curation stage attempts to source or generate relevant Images and place them in the Article. Review every Image, caption, credit, and alt text before delivery.

Where Images Come From

Tallpine pulls images from two sources:

  • Unsplash: A library of stock photos. A private planning turn chooses bounded visual categories, then Tallpine compiles the stock query and stores returned credit and attribution details.
  • AI-Generated: When stock photos are not the right fit, Tallpine can compile the same bounded categories into an Image generation request. Successful results are saved to Media.

Media

Open Site Profile & Settings, then Media, to see Images saved for the current Site:

  • Images are displayed in a grid that adjusts to your screen size.
  • Open an Image for available details: preview, description, dimensions, source credit, and creation date.
  • Images are color-coded by source: a blue badge for Unsplash and a purple badge for AI-generated.

Images in Your Articles

The Image Curation stage selects placement points in the Article. A successfully attached Image can include:

  • Alt text for accessibility
  • A caption describing the image
  • Proper source attribution

Managing Images

Media contains Images saved during Article generation. When you export an Article, its attached Images are included in the ZIP when they can be retrieved.

Tips

  • Enable "Include Images" when visuals help. Images can make content more engaging.
  • Disable it for very technical or code-heavy Articles where stock photos would feel out of place.
  • Check Image captions and alt text during your review. They should accurately describe the Image.
  • The first attached Image is treated as the featured Image by the WordPress delivery integration.
